Pork & Prawn Meatballs
Ingredients
- 500g Pork mince
- 250g Prawns
- 2 Spring Onions, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup Coriander
- 1/2 tsp Table Salt
- 1/2 tsp Fish Sauce
- 1/4 tsp Ground Pepper
- 1/4 tsp Sesame Oil
Method
- Preheat oven to 200C
- Finely chop prawns and place in a large bowl with; pork, spring onions, coriander, salt, fish sauce, pepper and sesame oil.
- Mix the meatball mixture together.
- Form into balls ( you should end up with around 12 meatballs) and place onto baking tray lined with baking paper.
- Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes or until cooked through.
Flavoursome and delicious cooking, oh and did I mention healthy too?
- You can also use the mixture to make smash burgers and fry it in a pan with some Ghee or your preferred cooking fat.
