Pork & Prawn Meatballs

Pork & Prawn Meatballs


  • 500g Pork mince
  • 250g Prawns
  • 2 Spring Onions, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup Coriander
  • 1/2 tsp Table Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Fish Sauce
  • 1/4 tsp Ground Pepper
  • 1/4 tsp Sesame Oil


  • Preheat oven to 200C
  • Finely chop prawns and place in a large bowl with; pork, spring onions, coriander, salt, fish sauce, pepper and sesame oil.
  • Mix the meatball mixture together.
  • Form into balls ( you should end up with around 12 meatballs) and place onto baking tray lined with baking paper.
  • Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes or until cooked through.

Flavoursome and delicious cooking, oh and did I mention healthy too?

  • You can also use the mixture to make smash burgers and fry it in a pan with some Ghee or your preferred cooking fat.
