Loaded Beef & Bacon Sliders
Small, tasty, and easy to share—ideal for watching the big game!
Ingredients (makes 12 sliders):

1kg beef mince
-
1 small onion, finely grated

2 garlic cloves, minced

2 tbsp BBQ sauce

12 slider buns
-
6 rashers streaky bacon, halved

6 slices cheese, halved
-
Lettuce, tomato & beetroot slices

Extra BBQ sauce (for serving)
Method:

Mix beef mince, onion, garlic, and BBQ sauce. Shape into 12 mini patties.

Grill patties over medium-high heat for 3–4 minutes per side.

Cook bacon until crispy.

Toast slider buns lightly on the BBQ.

Assemble with patties, bacon, cheese, lettuce, tomato, beetroot and a drizzle of BBQ sauce.
Serving Tip: Serve with wedges or hot chips for the ultimate footy feed.
