Hearty Beef Stew
Ingredients:
- 1kg of diced beef
 - 4 carrots, sliced
 - 4 potatoes, diced
 - 1 onion, chopped
 - 4 cups beef broth
 - 2 tablespoons tomato paste
 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
 - Salt and pepper to taste
 - Fresh herbs (like thyme or rosemary)
 
Instructions:
- In a large pot, brown the beef cubes over medium heat. Remove and set aside.
 - In the same pot, sauté the onions and garlic until translucent.
 - Add the beef back to the pot along with carrots, potatoes, beef broth, tomato paste, salt, and pepper.
 - Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and let it simmer for about 2 hours or until the beef is tender.
 - Serve hot with crusty bread for a perfect winter meal!
