Grilled Herb-Marinated Porterhouse Steaks

Grilled Herb-Marinated Porterhouse Steaks

Ingredients:

  • 500g porterhouse steaks
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp chopped fresh thyme
  • 1 tsp chopped fresh rosemary
  • Sea salt and freshly ground pepper to taste

Directions:

  1. Combine garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, herbs, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  2. Marinate the steaks for at least 2 hours in the fridge.
  3. Preheat your BBQ or grill to high heat.
  4. Grill steaks for 3-4 minutes each side for medium-rare.
  5. Rest for a few minutes before slicing. 

Serve with seasonal roasted vegetables and fresh bread.
