Grilled Herb-Marinated Porterhouse Steaks
Ingredients:
- 500g porterhouse steaks
 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
 - 2 tbsp olive oil
 - 1 tbsp lemon juice
 - 1 tsp chopped fresh thyme
 - 1 tsp chopped fresh rosemary
 - Sea salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
 
Directions:
- Combine garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, herbs, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
 - Marinate the steaks for at least 2 hours in the fridge.
 - Preheat your BBQ or grill to high heat.
 - Grill steaks for 3-4 minutes each side for medium-rare.
 - Rest for a few minutes before slicing.
 
Serve with seasonal roasted vegetables and fresh bread.
