Garlic Butter Steak with Roasted Vegetables
Ingredients:

2 premium steaks (ribeye or filet mignon)

3 tbsp unsalted butter

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 tbsp fresh rosemary or thyme

Salt and pepper to taste

2 cups assorted vegetables (carrots, Brussels sprouts, bell peppers)

2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions:

Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F). Toss vegetables with olive oil, salt, and pepper; roast for 25 minutes.

Heat a cast-iron skillet over high heat. Season steaks generously with salt and pepper.

Sear steaks for 2 minutes per side until browned. Reduce heat, add butter, garlic, and herbs. Baste steaks with melted butter for 3-4 minutes for medium-rare.

Rest steaks for 5 minutes, serve with roasted vegetables, and enjoy!
