Delicious & Easy Quiche Recipe

This Quiche is crust less and rich in protein.


  • 2 tbsp. butter
  • 1 brown onion, finely chopped
  • 6 Eggs, lightly whisked
  • 3/4 cup self-raising flour
  • 1 cup thickened cream
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup chopped ham 
  • 1/2 red capsicum, chopped
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp wholegrain mustard
  • 1 tbsp. chopped parsley


Preheat oven to 180°C. Grease a 29cm pie dish. Melt butter in a pan over medium heat. Add the onion and cook, until the onion softens. Transfer the onion to a bowl. Add egg, flour, cream, milk, ham or bacon, capsicum, cheddar, mustard and parsley to mixing bowl. Stir until just combined. Pour egg mixture into the prepared dish and place on a baking tray. Bake for 30 mins or until filling is just set. Set aside for 5 mins to cool before serving.  Quiche can be enjoyed hot or cold with a garden salad.
