INGREDIENTS
- 500g Premium Mince
- 1 tbsp chili Powder
- ½ tsp salt
- ¾ tsp cumin
- ½ tsp dried oregano
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp onion powder
- ½ cup tomato sauce
DIRECTIONS
- Heat a large pan over medium heat. Add the premium mince. Break it up with a wooden spoon while cooking. Cook the premium mince fully, until browned and no longer pink.
- Drain any excess grease from the skillet. Then return to the stove and reduce the heat to low.
- Add the 1/2 cup tomato sauce and other seasoning. Stir together until the meat is coated in the sauce.
- Simmer: Allow to simmer for 5 minutes.
Serve with you favourite taco shell and add you favourite toppings. We like some freshly chopped herbs and onion with a drizzle of relish. Serves 4. Sneak in some veggies for fussy eaters.
