BBQ Lamb Burgers with Mint Yoghurt Sauce
Easy to cook on the grill & hearty.
Ingredients (makes 4 burgers):
- 
500g lamb mince
 - 
1 small onion, finely grated
 - 
2 garlic cloves, minced
 - 
1 tsp ground cumin
 - 
1 tsp paprika
 - 
Salt & pepper to taste
 - 
4 burger buns
 - 
Lettuce, tomato, red onion (to serve)
 
Mint Yoghurt Sauce:
- 
½ cup Greek yoghurt
 - 
1 tbsp lemon juice
 - 
2 tbsp fresh mint, chopped
 - 
Pinch of salt
 
Method:
- 
Mix lamb mince, onion, garlic, cumin, paprika, salt & pepper. Shape into 4 patties.
 - 
Grill or BBQ over medium-high heat for 4–5 minutes per side until cooked through.
 - 
Mix yoghurt, lemon juice, mint, and salt for the sauce.
 - 
Assemble burgers with patties, sauce, and fresh salad. Serve in toasted buns.
